Assuria Home Assistance is an additional insurance you can take out with your Assuria Homeowners Insurance.
ASSISTANCE WITH:
- Electrical failures (water pump and air conditioning)
- Clogged sewers (indoors or in the yard)
- Burst or ruptured water pipes (indoors)
- Being locked outside or inside in the home
- Making emergency provisions after burglary damage to the home
- Making an emergency provision in the event of roof damage caused by a fallen tree, branch, or fallen object (bullets, drones, model airplane, fireworks).
- Renewing a water pump float and pressure switch (in addition to any electrical failure of the water pump)
COVERAGE:
The maximum annual cover is SRD 6,000 or € 300 or $ 300.
A maximum of 2 (two) claims may be submitted annually. However, the joint benefits will not exceed the above-mentioned annual cover.

SERVICE HOURS (CALL 177):
- 06:00 hours (six o’clock in the morning) up to 00:00 hours (twelve o’clock at night) for assistance with the above-mentioned cases of breakdowns or damage.
- In case of a burglary, 24/7 professional assistance
PREMIUM:
The premium (excluding sales tax) for this cover is SRD 300 or € 15 or $ 15 per policy year.
