If you visit a healthcare provider that does not participate in the CCMP healthcare provider network, or if you are required to make a payment yourself, you should follow the existing AZPAS cash-claim/reimbursement process. 

Please make sure you: 

1. Pay the healthcare provider if required. 
2. Request a receipt/proof of payment. 
3. Keep all relevant medical documentation. 
4. Submit your claim according to the existing AZPAS reimbursement process. 

Reimbursement remains subject to the coverage, limits and conditions of your AZPAS health insurance.
