RECOVERY ASSISTANCE
This coverage pays for legal and expert assistance in the event of any conflicts when you have been involved in a collision. Usually, it is solved mutually or together with the insurers, but in some cases the conflict gets so out of hand that you have to go to court. This insurance covers the costs of external experts and litigation costs, up to a maximum amount of SRD 10,000.

DAMAGE SUFFERED BY PASSENGERS
This coverage compensates for personal injury and property damage suffered by passengers in the insured vehicle as a result of a traffic accident. Material damages include damage to clothing, cell phones, laptops and photographic equipment. You can choose for a coverage amount of SRD 45,000 or an amount of SRD 70,000.

ACCIDENTS INSURANCE FOR PASSENGERS
Oftentimes you have someone with you in the car. Our Accidents Insurance for Passengers provides proper coverage for any passengers you may have, with insured amounts in case of death and permanent disability of respectively SRD 5,000 and SRD 10,000. Assuria offers this coverage free of charge with your Compulsory Third-Party Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicles (WAM) insurance policy. If you feel this free Accidents Insurance for Passengers is insufficient, you can increase the insured amount to SRD 20,000 in case of death and SRD 40,000 in case of permanent disability.
