What is the coverage of the Second Medical Opinion, and who is eligible?

A Second Medical Opinion is an independent medical opinion or advice from a medical specialist other than the treating physician, about a diagnosis and/or treatment plan of the insured.

The Second Medical Opinion can be taken out as additional coverage to an existing Azpas insurance policy by all Azpas beneficiaries/insured parties and is provided by international specialized medical centers.
